It quickly became the market leader in its economic region. On July 2018 I sold the business activities to new entrepreneurs. Main responsibilities:

Fitness center M&M Kuntotalo was founded in 1987. On January 1994 I, with three of my friends, bought its business activities and began developing the company. During last 25 years company has employed hundreds of fitness professionals, helped thousands of consumers reach their well-being goals and the company itself has grown the market leader in Turku economic region. Total revenues are close to 3 million euros annually. Main responsibilities:

FINNBODY is a Finnish fitness center chain with 30 years of traditions. As CEO my main goal was to increase the number of gym memberships. As a team we achieved our goal in all 16 fitness centers. Responsibilities:

  • Managing salesteam (30 salespersons)
  • Human resource management
  • Service Design (such as creating Paras Pudottaja)
  • Budgeting and expense management
  • Business expansion to new locations

“Paras Pudottaja” is a 12 week small group coaching  challenge in which consumers strive for weight loss. I was responsible for Service Design and launching the product. There has been more than 10 000 participants and Paras Pudottaja has become a major way for FINNBODY to increase sales and number of memberships.

Leader Foods LLC is the leading Finnish supplier of protein bars, dietary supplements, sports nutrients, superfoods and many more. Company was established in 2001 and has grown rapidly. Main responsibilities:

  • Sports nutrition health supplements product development and increasing brand value

Fenno Natura LLC was the biggest wholesale company in the Finnish Natural Health products (Nutraceuticals) market. After companys decision to expand in the Sports Nutrition market I was hired to manage the project. Main responsibilities:

Project Engineer and  Head of  Department  (1/1988 – 6/1992)

Sandvik Mining and Construction LLC is an engineering group in mining and rock excavation, metal cutting and materials technology.  At the time of my employment history this underground loaders and trucks factory was named Tamrock Loaders ARA LLC and it was located in Turku, Finland. Main responsibilities (as Project Engineer):

  • Manufacturing process and machinery development
  • Factory layout development
  • Re-organization of the production (procuction facilities 1800m2 enlargement)
